Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
I made the shake of all shakes yesterday for all my chocolate π« + PB π₯ LOVERS!!

Thereβs something about the way a smoothie comes together to give you an easy, super quick, high-nutrient punch.
Smoothies like this are my go-to post workout saving grace. Because #life. Iβm over here tryin to reduce that meal prep time any chance I get, ya with me?
So if ya got that sweet tooth + and want an easy, nutrient-packed meal/snack, hereβs how ya indulge:
β’ 1/2 water, 1/2 Almond milk
β’ Handful spinach
β’ Frozen cauliflower
β’ 1/2 frozen banana
β’ 1 Tbsp chia seeds
β’ 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
β’ 1 Tbsp cacao
β’ π« protein powder (used vegan chocolate shakeology here)
β’ Frozen cube avo
β’ 1 heaping Tbsp PB
β’ 3-4 ice cubes

Topped with @purely_elizabeth granola + coconut shreds cuz Iβm fancy.
(These are approximate measurements. I just eyeball it.)
